About

Hi, I'm Rachel.

I know what it's like to think that finally getting a diagnosis and having surgery will be the end of your pain. Mine wasn't.

Although surgery was an important part of my stage 4 endometriosis treatment, I continued to experience pain and symptoms afterwards. That forced me to ask a different question.

I immersed myself in the science of women’s health, persistent pain, therapeutic movement, nervous system regulation and functional health because I wanted to understand why pain sometimes continues even after treating the disease itself — and what we can do to better support ourselves while living with it.

The more I learnt, the more I realised that endometriosis and adenomyosis rarely fit neatly into one treatment approach.

Medical treatment remains a vital part of care, but many women continue to live with persistent pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, fatigue, reduced movement, disrupted sleep and the emotional impact of a disease that still has no known cause or cure.

Persistent pain doesn’t mean your disease isn’t real. It simply means there may be more than one piece of the puzzle worth understanding.

That was the gap I wanted to fill.

Today, I help women better understand and manage persistent pain associated with endometriosis and adenomyosis through a multidisciplinary approach that combines functional health, therapeutic movement and pain science.

You’ll never hear me suggest that endometriosis is “all in your head” or that there’s one solution to managing it. I believe women deserve care that reflects the complexity of these diseases — care that recognises endometriosis as a real physical disease while acknowledging that persistent pain often has multiple contributing factors.

My goal is to help you make sense of that complexity, so you can make informed decisions about your health and feel supported every step of the way.
