Work With Me

Living with endometriosis or adenomyosis can feel overwhelming, particularly when you're still living with persistent pain despite trying different treatments and seeing different health professionals.

My approach brings together functional health, therapeutic movement and pain science to help you better understand persistent pain and support the many ways these conditions can affect your body and everyday life.

Rather than focusing on one aspect of your health, we’ll look at the bigger picture and build a personalised approach that complements the medical care you’re already receiving.

1:1 Therapeutic Movement Sessions

These one-to-one sessions are designed for women living with endometriosis and adenomyosis who are experiencing persistent pain, pelvic floor symptoms or difficulty returning to movement.

Rather than following a standard Pilates or Yoga class, every session is tailored to your symptoms, goals and stage of your journey — whether you’re recovering from surgery, navigating persistent pain or looking for a practical way to support your nervous system.

Using evidence-informed Pilates, Clinical Yoga and breathwork, sessions are designed to help you find ways to move that work with your body, not against it.

These sessions are not designed to cure endometriosis or adenomyosis. They are designed to complement the medical care you’re already receiving and give you practical tools to help you better manage persistent pain and support your long-term health.
